RFID time and attendance system
RFID tags are used as student’s id cards and are given to each Student. Each Student’s information is also linked with the tag ID for easier retrieval of related information. Whenever Students carrying their tag pass through the school entrance, readers detect the tags and immediately send the tag ID to the server. Entry or exit of a particular Student is recorded and can be retrieved for later management usages. The whole recording process is automatic and thus convenient for both Students and operators.
By implementing RFID technology, no longer do Students need to sign in or out manually. Human errors, unnecessary disputes, and tedious paper recording and data entry work can be avoided, providing efficiency in overall operation in the school.
SMS will be sent to parents on entry/exit
School Bus User: First driver or attendant will scan his /her card at reader installed in Bus. Every student Boarding in a School will show his card. A SMS will automatically go to parent for Boarding of child at Bus. Student will show his / her ID card at time of Boarding / de-boarding in the afternoon. Parents will receive two SMS. First, child has boarded the school bus and second the child has de-boarded the school bus.
Daily/Monthly report
The system is capable of generating multiple reports useful for school management, Teachers & Parents.
